Blitz, a superficial and foolish god of storm likes to place bets along with other gods up in the heavens. He usually bets that he will create better chaos than the goddess of chaos herself through weather changes. For a long time Blitz succeeds to put himself in the winning light, but as time passes in the mortal world, people find ways to predict the weather changes and publicize them on weather forecasts. After numerous losses of bets put onto Blitz, Blitz decides its time to go to the mortal world and teach these people a lesson...and to get his game back.
